Turnaround time begins from the moment all SKU versions in your order are approved.

If you request any changes to your proof, your order will be placed on hold while the changes are being made. Your turnaround will be reset and will not begin again until all SKU versions are approved.

Once you approve your proof, your order will be moved into production and no further changes can be made.
