What is the typical turnaround time for label orders?
Turnaround times vary depending on the order’s customizations. On average, it takes 5-7 business days for production. However, if you need them faster, we offer 2-day turnaround and 24 hr rush turnaround.
Do you offer label design services?
Yes, we have an in-house design team to assist you with your label design needs. You can also design your own labels using our online design tool: MUSE
Can you make changes to my artwork files?
Yes, we can make minor changes at no cost to the customer. If large changes or a full design is required, we have a full design team to help you out at competitive pricing.
Can I use my own design for the labels?
Absolutely! We accept custom designs and can help you with the printing process.
What type of proof will I receive?
Pacer will send you a digital proof but if your job is color critical or would like to have a physical sample we offer at no cost to the customer. Customers would only have to pay for shipping .
What label materials are available?

What finishes can I choose for my labels?

What is the minimum number of labels I need to order?
Pacer Labels has no minimum order. We can provide you with 50 labels, or 50,000 labels.
How do I submit my label artwork?
You can upload your artwork directly through our website when placing your order and/or email it to us at service@pacerlabels.com
What file formats do you accept for label artwork?
We accept a wide range of file formats, including PDF, AI, EPS, and more.
What are “unwind directions” and how do they affect me?
Unwind direction, also known as “Copy Direction”, is which way that the roll of labels unwinds from a roll. The unwind direction won’t affect you unless you are using an automatic labeling machine.
There are four options for unwind or copy direction.

Can I request a label size that is not in your templates?
